Water Cooled Chiller

Water cooled chiller

Industrial water-cooled chillers employ water as the cooling medium to remove heat from the refrigerant. The water-cooled condenser is connected to a separate fluid cooler, evaporative cooler or cooling tower installed outside the facility. Keep in mind that the separate cooling system requires further installation, cooling circulation system, which is an added cost and requires additional maintenance. These chillers are also ideal for medium to large processes and come in a variety of sizes. These sizes can range from smaller models to larger models that are capable of cooling facilities like airports!

Appliction:

Water cooled chiller can be used in air-conditioning or industry. Here we focus on the application of water chiller in the sector of the industry. In various manufacturing processes, it requires chilled water/process water or liquid to cool down the products or equipment, for the purpose of protecting equipment, improving product quality, etc. Water-cooled chillers are most commonly used in plastic industries, like injection molding, thermal forming, blow molding, extruding.

Water-cooled chillers are also used in die-casting, machine tooling, metalworking cutting oil and welding equipment, in pharmaceutical production, chemical processing, food, and drink processing, storing, and transporting, they are widely used. And in agriculture, medical facilities, constructions, water chillers have wide applications. Water cooled chiller with its large capacity, can be centralized in the application. In that case, a chiller can serve more than one cooling need, such as water chiller working process for more than one injection molding machine. Or when a chilling need is high, chillers can be decentralized too, in which case one application or one machine uses one water-cooled chiller.
