The Cycle System of Water chiller

In the refrigerant cycle system of the water chiller, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat from the water and begins to evaporate. A certain temperature difference is formed between the ultimate refrigerant and the water. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates into a gaseous state, which is inhaled and compressed by the compressor. After being throttled by the thermal expansion valve, low temperature and low pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.

When molding products of chiller, due to the variety of raw materials, the size and shape of the molded product area, the required clamping force is also different. When adjusting the mold, the minimum clamping force needs to be adjusted according to the actual needs. In this way, power consumption will be saved and the service life of the machine will be significantly prolonged.

Industrial chiller must pay attention to the safety of operation when the machine is in use. Please check the reliability of the safety device, safety ejector and safety door at the beginning of each operation. During the operation of the machine, do not put your hand into the clamping mechanism. When taking products, be sure to open the safety door, after confirming the safety of personnel and no foreign matter in the mold, can close the safety door. In addition, the hand should not reach between the nozzle and the mold gate during operation. Please turn off the oil pump motor while repairing the mold.

In industrial applications, chilled water or other liquids are cooled by pumps through processes or laboratory equipment. Industrial chillers are used to control the cooling of products, mechanisms and factory machinery for all walks of life. They are usually used in the plastics industry of injection molding and blow molding, metal processing cutting oil, welding equipment, die casting and machining, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, paper making, cement processing, vacuum system, X-ray diffraction (XRD), power supply and power stations, analysis equipment, semiconductor, compressed air and gas cooling.

They are also used to cool high thermal energy, such as nuclear magnetic resonance imagers and laser specialized engineering projects. Water chiller units for industrial applications can be centralized, with each unit cooling to meet multiple needs, or scattered across each application or device with its own chiller. Each method has its advantages. It may also have a combination of central and decentralized water chillers, especially when cooling requirements are the same for some applications or use credits equally, but not all.
